Milan, Lombardy, Italy, June 2024 – Morena Zaccaria has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Flint Group. With a robust background as a senior HR strategic partner, Morena brings a wealth of expertise in training and development, people management, and organizational efficiency to Flint Group. Her experience in managing complex industrial environments and her passion for employee engagement and empowerment will be instrumental in her new role.
Morena Zaccaria joins Flint Group after serving as the Group HR Manager at PetrolValves for nearly six years. In this role, she was responsible for managing HR processes across local and international subsidiaries. Her notable projects included renewing local collective agreements, implementing welfare programs, outsourcing payroll, and re-engineering HR processes. Morena effectively handled industrial relations, labor cost management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, recruitment, training, and people development.
Prior to PetrolValves, Morena held several significant positions at PPG Industries over a span of 12 years. She began as a Training and Development Specialist and progressed to Training and Development Manager, overseeing training and development initiatives across Italy, Greece, and Turkey. Morena later became the Country Development Manager & HR Manager, where she managed HR processes for multiple business units. As Senior HR Manager, she led HR strategies for the Automotive and Industrial Coatings Divisions and later for the Refinish and Packaging Divisions, managing a team and driving HR initiatives to support business growth.
Morena’s earlier roles include serving as a Training Manager at Il Sole 24 Ore and an Intern at Air Liquide, where she gained valuable experience in recruitment, selection, and training management.
