With over 20 years of experience across enterprise technology, strategic account leadership, and regional sales management, Mrinal steps into this leadership role to drive Arista’s continued growth and deepen customer engagement across India’s expanding technology ecosystem.
Mrinal has been associated with Arista Networks for more than seven years, most recently serving as Regional Sales Director, where he played a key role in expanding Arista’s enterprise footprint and scaling business operations. His customer-focused approach and deep understanding of cloud networking solutions have contributed significantly to Arista’s market leadership and strategic partnerships in the region.
Before joining Arista, Mrinal spent nearly a decade at Cisco, holding multiple leadership positions including Client Executive, Global Account Manager, and Business Development Manager (Mid-Market). At Cisco, he was responsible for managing strategic global accounts and enterprise clients, driving sales enablement, and leading multi-market business growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Mrinal worked with Avaya Global Connect as Assistant Manager – Key Accounts, where he developed new business across the North India region, and began his professional journey at IBM Global Process Services in technical support. Over the years, he has earned a strong reputation for his strategic foresight, execution excellence, and customer-first leadership philosophy.
In his new role as Country Manager, Mrinal will lead Arista’s India operations, overseeing business strategy, customer relationships, and market development initiatives. His leadership will play a pivotal role in accelerating Arista’s cloud networking innovation, advancing customer success, and strengthening the company’s position in the enterprise and data center segments.
