Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2024 – Mruthyanjaya Rao Mangipudi has assumed the role of Head of Human Resources at CMR University. In this capacity, Mruthyanjaya will be responsible for leading the university’s human capital strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and fostering a positive work culture across the university. His extensive experience will support the university’s vision of nurturing creative thinkers and fostering an innovative educational environment.
Prior to joining CMR University, Mruthyanjaya served as Head, HR (Human Capital Management and L&D) at Symbiosis International University from September 2022 to September 2024, where he spearheaded initiatives in succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. His efforts in talent management and learning and development helped build a robust HR framework at the university.
Before his tenure at Symbiosis, Mruthyanjaya was Assistant General Manager, HR at Teqsar from July 2021 to September 2022, where he excelled in talent acquisition, restructuring HR operations, and implementing performance management systems. His strategic initiatives resulted in significant cost optimizations and improved employee satisfaction.
Earlier in his career, Mruthyanjaya worked as Senior Manager at Karvy Stock Broking Limited from July 2018 to July 2021, where he played a crucial role in leadership talent acquisition and contributed to streamlining business communication for the CMD’s office. His expertise in developing HR strategies and job profiles for senior executives was pivotal in aiding the organization’s leadership hiring decisions.
