Delhi, India, June 2026 — Technico Industries has appointed Mukesh Batra as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce and strengthening its people, culture, leadership, and organizational capabilities as it continues its growth journey across India’s automotive manufacturing sector.
In his new role, Mukesh will lead the company’s human resources strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational transformation, workforce planning, industrial relations, employee engagement, and HR technology initiatives. He will work closely with the leadership team to support Technico Industries’ expansion plans and enhance organizational effectiveness across its manufacturing and corporate operations.
Mukesh brings more than three decades of leadership experience across automotive manufacturing, electric mobility, engineering, technology, logistics, retail, telecommunications, hospitality, healthcare, and consumer businesses. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale HR transformations, organizational restructuring programs, talent strategies, industrial relations initiatives, and digital HR modernization efforts across diverse industries.
Prior to joining Technico Industries, he served as Strategic HR Leader / CHRO at RK Business Group, where he led the human resources agenda for a diversified conglomerate spanning railway catering, hospitality, quick-service restaurants, healthcare, tourism, and real estate businesses. During his tenure, he spearheaded enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, implemented advanced HR technology platforms, established succession planning frameworks, strengthened governance mechanisms, and developed leadership capability programs across a workforce of more than 15,000 employees.
Earlier, Mukesh served as Vice President – Human Resources at OPG Mobility (formerly Okaya EV) and Microtek Group, where he supported the organization’s transformation into a next-generation electric mobility and energy solutions enterprise. He played a critical role in building technical talent pipelines, strengthening manufacturing leadership capabilities, managing complex industrial relations environments, and supporting the company’s expansion across electric vehicles, lithium battery manufacturing, solar energy, and power electronics businesses.
Before that, he spent nearly six years with Motherson Group as Vice President – Human Resources, leading HR strategy across automotive manufacturing, digital technology, healthcare, logistics, and global operations. During this period, he partnered with leadership teams across multiple international markets, drove organizational transformation initiatives, implemented enterprise HR technology platforms, and contributed to the company’s people and culture agenda across India, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
His earlier leadership assignments included senior HR positions with Rocket Internet Group, Videocon Group, Spice Group, HCL Technologies, CSAV Norasia, BaaN Software (now Infor), and NIIT Technologies, where he built extensive expertise in talent management, administration, HR operations, business partnering, organizational development, and workforce transformation.
With extensive experience across large-scale manufacturing environments, high-growth businesses, technology organizations, and multinational enterprises, Mukesh brings deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, industrial relations, HR transformation, leadership development, succession planning, workforce optimization, governance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Technico Industries’ people capabilities as the company continues to expand its manufacturing footprint and support leading automotive OEMs across India and global markets.
