As Sales Director for India, Rahul will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across the Indian market and developing India-specific sales strategies aligned with Benevolve’s product strengths. Rahul brings over 15 years of experience in the HR technology and talent ecosystem, with a strong track record of driving business growth and building high-performing sales teams. He has deep insights into the Indian business landscape and extensive experience working with leading organisations across the country.
Prior to joining Benevolve, Rahul spent 12 years at Naukri.com, where he played a pivotal role in expanding enterprise relationships and helping organisations leverage technology for talent acquisition. He subsequently spent three years at PeopleStrong, where he further strengthened his expertise in HR tech and enterprise solutions.
