Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 – Mukesh Gulati has taken on the role of Senior Vice President – Talent Acquisition at NAB, where he will lead large-scale hiring strategy, workforce planning and recruitment transformation for NAB’s growing India operations.
In his most recent role prior to this appointment, Mukesh Gulati served as Vice President – Talent Acquisition at NAB, where he established NAB’s India Talent Acquisition function from the ground up. He built scalable recruitment frameworks, governance models and performance tracking systems, while partnering closely with senior leadership to align workforce strategy with business growth priorities.
Earlier, he spent nearly five years with Siemens, where he led talent acquisition across multiple global business units including Siemens Energy, Siemens Mobility, Siemens Logistics and Controlling & Finance Assurance, managing complex lateral and early-career hiring programs.
Before Siemens, Mukesh built an extensive consulting leadership career of close to a decade at Mancer Consulting Services, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Practice Head & Senior Vice President – Recruitments, where he managed multi-sector recruitment portfolios, talent landscaping assignments and compensation benchmarking initiatives for leading corporates and startups.
