New Delhi, Delhi, India, October 2025 — Pioneer Property Zone Services (ICS Realty Group) has appointed Mukesh Kumar SPHRi™ as Head – Human Resources. With nearly two decades of experience in human resources leadership across multiple industries, Mukesh brings deep expertise in HR strategy, compliance, employee engagement, and talent management to his new role.
Before joining Pioneer Property Zone Services, Mukesh most recently served as Head – Human Resources, India at EFS Facilities Services India Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully drove HR transformation, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Prior to that, Mukesh worked with ISS Facility Services India Private Limited, where he spent four years in senior HR leadership roles, including Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager – People & Culture. During this time, he led large-scale HR operations, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion projects, and was instrumental in ISS India being recognized among the top workplaces.
Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership roles at DLF Limited, Investors Clinic Infratech Pvt. Ltd., and Delhi Cargo Service Center Pvt. Ltd., where he drove HR operations, compliance, policy frameworks, and performance management. His professional journey began with Group Concorde Pvt. Ltd. and MSD, where he built a strong foundation in HR operations and employee relations.
Mukesh’s expertise spans strategic HR planning, HR software systems, compensation and benefits, HRIS database management, performance management, and compliance. At Pioneer Property Zone Services, he will focus on strengthening HR governance, implementing best-in-class people practices, and supporting the company’s growth as India’s leading retail real estate player.
