Mukti Hariharan Appointed Chief Financial Officer for The Coca-Cola Company’s INSWA Region

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – October 2024 – Mukti Hariharan has stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer for The Coca-Cola Company’s INSWA (India and Southwest Asia) region, succeeding Harsh Bhutani. In this capacity, Mukti will drive financial strategy, performance management, and regional growth initiatives as part of Coca-Cola’s strategic efforts to enhance its financial leadership and operational efficiency across key markets.

Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Mukti Hariharan was Chief Financial Officer at Lenskart.com for over a year, where she was instrumental in leading financial operations, enhancing profitability, and supporting strategic growth initiatives at the company’s Gurgaon headquarters.

Previously, Mukti served at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) for nearly four and a half years, initially as Director of M&A & Treasury and later as CFO of Homecare. During her tenure at HUL, she played a pivotal role in overseeing mergers and acquisitions, driving financial planning, and ensuring seamless treasury management.

Mukti also held the position of Vice President – Springboard Ventures at Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Times Group) for two years, where she led venture investments and strategic initiatives in Mumbai.

Earlier in her career, Mukti worked at Credit Suisse for almost a decade, advancing to Vice President in the Investment Banking & Capital Markets division in Mumbai. Prior to that, she held roles at JM Morgan Stanley, KPMG, and ABN AMRO across various finance and investment banking functions.
