United Kingdom, January 2025 – Munazza Kasmani has been appointed as Vice President Talent, Learning, Leadership Development & Inclusion at Reckitt. In this new role, Munazza will lead the company’s global talent strategies, focusing on leadership development, inclusive workplace practices, and employee growth while supporting Reckitt’s transformation and sustainable growth initiatives.
Munazza Kasmani has been with Reckitt for approximately 15 years, holding various leadership roles in HR and talent development. Before this promotion, she served as the Global Head of Leadership, Learning & Culture for approximately five months, overseeing culture transformation initiatives. Prior to this, she was the Regional HR Director for AMEA (Africa, Middle East, and South East Asia) for around five and a half years, where she played a significant role in regional talent strategies and cultural development.

Earlier in her career at Reckitt, Munazza held the role of Head of Learning and Development for Developing Markets for approximately seven years, leading capability-building programs and talent development strategies. Additionally, she served as HR Director in Pakistan, where she was responsible for talent management and HR operations. She also contributed as an HR Business Partner for the Middle East, KSA, and Bahrain and worked as a Global Project Manager for Talent Acquisition, focusing on recruitment strategies and global hiring processes.
Before joining Reckitt, Munazza held HR positions at ZonG – CMPak Limited, serving as an Assistant Manager and HR Executive for approximately three years, contributing to recruitment strategies and employee well-being programs. She also began her career as a Graduate Trainee at Pacewell Limited and an Audit Trainee at Taseer Hadi Khalid and Company, where she gained experience in business planning and financial audits.
