Corning, New York, United States, January 2025 – Mustafa Hazime has taken on the role of Chief People, Culture, and Belonging Officer at the Corning Museum of Glass. In this pivotal role, Mustafa will oversee and elevate the museum’s people strategies, fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging while driving organizational development and employee engagement across the institution.
Mustafa Hazime brings a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational leadership to the Corning Museum of Glass. Before joining the museum, he served as Principal at Seirios Consulting LLC, where he specialized in HR consulting, training, coaching, and development for organizations across industries.
Prior to that, Mustafa was Director of Human Resources, Diversity, and Inclusion at MERS of Michigan, where he led initiatives such as implementing a learning management system, revitalizing employee engagement programs, and guiding the organization through COVID-19 business continuity efforts.
Earlier, Mustafa held several senior leadership roles at Hamadeh Educational Services, including Chief Operating/Human Resources Officer, where he spearheaded operational strategy, technological investments, and cultural transformation. He also served as Director of Human Resources at the organization, establishing compensation structures, pay policies, and wellness programs.
Mustafa has also held HR leadership roles at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., Sears, and Bank of America, further solidifying his expertise in people strategy and organizational growth.
