Hyderabad, Telangana, India, May 2025 – Mythili Mamidanna has stepped into a pivotal new role as Lead – Strategy & Transformation at Eli Lilly and Company’s Capability Center in Hyderabad. In this strategic leadership position, she will work closely with the site leadership team to implement key business priorities, oversee transformation initiatives, and drive strategic planning and operational excellence for the center.
With a distinguished track record in corporate communications, stakeholder management, and executive positioning, Mythili brings a uniquely strategic and creative perspective to this transformation-led role—continuing her professional evolution from communications leadership to enterprise strategy execution.
Over the last five years at Novartis, Mythili served as Executive Director and Global Head – Communications for Operations, leading communication efforts for a global workforce of 25,000 across operations, manufacturing, and enterprise transformation programs. She was also a key member of the site leadership team at the company’s largest corporate center in Hyderabad.
Prior to that, she was Vice President – Group Strategic Marketing & Communications at DBS Bank, Singapore, where she drove ESG initiatives and regional marketing campaigns across six Asian markets for over seven years. She also held editorial and program roles at Community Center Shanghai and led corporate communication functions at GMR Group, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Indian School of Business, where she managed branding, corporate affairs, and stakeholder engagement.
Mythili began her career at Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, followed by impactful roles at Punjab National Bank, where she led large-scale national campaigns and editorial initiatives, reflecting her long-standing commitment to strategic communication, brand storytelling, and organizational reputation building.
