Lexitas, a leader in tech-enabled litigation services, is pleased to announce Sriram (‘Sri’) Venkateswaran as its new Chief Financial Officer. Apax advises the funds that back Lexitas.

Sri recently served as CFO at Everise, a $450 million outsourcing provider with 17,000+ global employees. There, he managed all financial performance and reporting. He also championed FP&A best practices, led process improvements, and worked closely with the board and investors.
Before Everise, Sri was CFO for Assurant Inc.’s APAC & Japan region. He spent eight years at Cognizant, ultimately as CFO of its $2.5 billion BPO segment spanning 30 countries. Sri’s early career included senior finance roles at Citigroup and AIG.
Sri holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and is a Wharton School alumnus.
