Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2024 – Nagarajan B has stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer (APAC) at GE Vernova Power Conversion & Storage. In his new capacity, Nagarajan will oversee financial operations across the Asia-Pacific region, contributing to the company’s mission to electrify and decarbonize the planet. His extensive expertise in finance, business strategy, and leadership will be instrumental in advancing GE Vernova’s efforts to deliver sustainable and reliable energy solutions.
Nagarajan has been an integral part of GE Power Conversion for nearly six years, holding several senior roles. Most recently, he served as Site Leader and Chief Financial Officer – GE Power Conversion India, where he spearheaded financial strategies and operations to drive organizational efficiency and growth. He also held the role of Senior Controllership Manager, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial processes.

Prior to his tenure at GE, Nagarajan served as Lead Product Control Analyst at GE India Industrial Private Limited, where he refined financial controls and reporting mechanisms. He began his career as a Cost Accountant at ALPUMP LIMITED before progressing to roles such as Finance Executive at ITC Limited and Business Analyst at Nokia Solutions and Networks. His experience spans multiple industries, including energy, technology, and consumer goods, making him adept at navigating diverse financial landscapes.
