Athens, Attiki, Greece, December 2024 – Michael Zagas has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at KORRES, a globally renowned Greek beauty brand. In his new role, Zagas will lead KORRES’ financial and administrative operations, contributing to the company’s growth and sustainability efforts as it continues to deliver innovative plant-powered beauty products globally.
Before joining KORRES, Michael Zagas served as Chief Executive Officer and External Consultant at Ousia Hospitality Platform, providing strategic direction and consulting services.
Zagas previously held the role of CFO at Sani/Ikos Group, where he was instrumental in overseeing financial operations for a joint venture backed by leading global asset management firms, driving the growth of luxury hotel resorts across Greece.

Earlier, he served as Finance Director UK & Ireland and Senior Finance Director at GSK, where he led finance and compliance functions for major markets and drove organizational development for pharmaceutical operations.
His career includes significant leadership roles such as Vice President Global Financial Operations at Velti, Group CFO at Mellon Group of Companies, and CFO at Research International, showcasing his expertise in financial management across various industries. Zagas also gained valuable experience at The Coca-Cola Company, Kimberly-Clark, and L’Oréal, where he honed his skills in finance and control functions.
