Nahars Group India announces the appointment of Hari Das Nair as its new Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Hari Das Nair will spearhead the company’s comprehensive people and culture initiatives, shaping the organizational environment across its Indian operations.
Prior to his appointment at Nahars Group, Hari Das Nair made significant contributions to PASONA India Private Limited, where he served as Vice President, Corporate Strategy Advisor & Head Talent Acquisition Division. With a rich background spanning nearly three decades, Nair’s expertise in human resources management is both deep and wide-ranging. His proficiency includes a variety of HR disciplines such as organizational restructuring, compensation and benefits, performance enhancement, and competency management.
Nair is no stranger to Nahars Group, having previously contributed to Nahars Engineering India Pvt. Ltd for more than a year, where he managed a broad spectrum of HR-related activities including Industrial Relations, Information Technology, HR Analytics, and Digital Strategy.
His career also boasts tenures with notable organizations like Bharat Seats Limited, JBM Group, Shriram Fuel Injection Industries, Usha International Limited, Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd, and Minda Huf Ltd, further solidifying his standing as a seasoned HR professional.
Nair’s academic credentials include a PMIR and HRM from Osmania University, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan, adding a solid educational foundation to his extensive professional experience.
