Kuwait City, Kuwait, April 2025 – Najlaa Hamad Al Sager has been appointed as Senior Vice President – Head of Talent Management & Learning at National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), further strengthening the bank’s strategic focus on nurturing talent and driving organizational excellence across the region.
In her elevated role, Najlaa will spearhead the bank’s integrated talent development, learning, and performance frameworks, focusing on leadership capability building, succession planning, and employee experience. She will continue to play a critical role in transforming NBK’s people strategy to align with its long-term growth and digital transformation goals.
Over the past 14 years at NBK, Najlaa has steadily advanced through a series of pivotal roles, including Head of Talent Management and Learning, Head of Talent Management, Talent Management Manager, and Team Leader for both Talent Management and Organizational Design. Her journey reflects a deep and sustained impact on the bank’s HR architecture and culture-building efforts.
In addition to her NBK career, Najlaa is also the Founding Partner of Torch Innovation Consultancy, where she has helped catalyze human capital innovation and organizational transformation across Kuwait.
