New York, United States, January 2026 — Danaher Corporation has announced the appointment of Naresh Narasimhan as Vice President & Danaher Group Executive – Life Sciences Innovations Group (LSIG) and High Growth Markets. In this expanded global leadership role, he will lead Danaher’s purpose-driven LSIG businesses — Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, SCIEX, Leica Microsystems, and Molecular Devices — while continuing to head Danaher High Growth Markets (HGM), driving innovation, market expansion, and improved access to healthcare worldwide.
Naresh Narasimhan brings over three decades of global leadership experience across life sciences, diagnostics, industrial technology, and healthcare markets. He most recently served as VP & Danaher Group Executive – High Growth Markets & Pall, where he led Danaher’s high-growth markets portfolio and served as President of Pall Corporation, overseeing multi-billion-dollar businesses across emerging and developed economies.
At Pall Corporation, he has led a global enterprise of over 5,000 associates delivering filtration and separation solutions to aerospace, energy, food & beverage, microelectronics, and life sciences customers, driving revenues exceeding $1.5 billion. He has also served as Vice President & Global General Manager – Pall Microelectronics, President – Asia Pacific, and Senior Vice President – South Asia Pacific, managing large-scale regional and global P&L portfolios across Asia-Pacific, India, Japan, China, and ANZ markets.
Earlier in his career, Naresh held senior leadership roles at GE Healthcare, including General Manager – Enterprise Business, Integration Leader – India, Vice President – Sales, and General Manager – CT, South Asia, where he built and scaled healthcare enterprises, led major transformations, and accelerated clinical technology adoption across emerging markets.
He began his career with Philips Medical Systems and Rampion Optisurgicare, building foundational experience in healthcare technology sales, marketing, and market expansion.
