Natalie brings to Unifi Africa an impressive background in talent acquisition and human resources, with over a decade of experience in cultivating talent and driving strategic HR initiatives. Before joining Unifi Africa in March 2024, Natalie was pivotal in shaping the talent acquisition strategy at Byte Orbit, where she led as Talent Acquisition Lead from December 2021 to March 2024. Her tenure at Byte Orbit was marked by her exceptional ability to identify and nurture top-tier talent, significantly contributing to the company’s status as a powerhouse of innovation, technology, strategy, and design.
Her professional journey also includes notable roles at Pinion Search Partners as a Search Consultant & Operations Lead and Taudata Consultants as a Technical Recruitment Consultant. These positions allowed Natalie to develop a nuanced understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in the technical and executive domains, further refining her skills in candidate profile development, executive search, and talent mapping.
Natalie’s career began at StatPro Revolution Alpha, where she served as an HR Office Administrator before moving on to become an Operations Lead & Executive PA at First Group ZA. Her comprehensive experience across various sectors and her strategic approach to HR and talent management have prepared her well for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead at Unifi Africa.
