Baku, Azerbaijan, January 2025 – Toghrul Iskenderli has joined “Novex Group” LLC as Head of Talent Acquisition, where he will lead the organization’s recruitment strategies, ensuring the alignment of talent initiatives with the company’s business objectives. In this role, Toghrul will oversee the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, focusing on attracting high-caliber professionals to support the organization’s growth and success.
Toghrul’s journey to his current role includes his most recent position as a Professional Hiring Senior Advisor at bp, where he managed strategic hiring initiatives and hybrid recruitment processes in Azerbaijan. Prior to that, he led the recruitment team as Recruitment Team Lead at NES Fircroft, providing services across multiple industries, mentoring junior recruiters, and overseeing key performance metrics.
Earlier in his career, Toghrul served as the Founder/Director of Lynx, where he developed business strategies and implemented innovative recruitment solutions. He also worked as a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at Smart Solutions Group, managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes while implementing industry-specific hiring strategies.
His extensive background also includes roles such as Senior Recruitment Specialist at PMD Projects LLC, where he was instrumental in coordinating company-wide recruitment and onboarding processes, and Recruitment Consultant at Petroplan, where he built strong relationships with clients and ensured efficient talent placements.
