Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, September 2025 – Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) has announced the appointment of Natalie Morris as Executive Director, People and Culture. In this role, she will work closely with CEO Rebecca Graham and the WCHN leadership team to deliver workforce strategies that support high-quality, consumer-focused care, while also playing a key role in the transition to the new Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Natalie joins WCHN after more than three years with Helping Hand Aged Care, where she most recently served as Executive Manager, People, Culture and Quality. During her tenure, she led initiatives in workplace safety, HR operations, and talent management, ensuring workforce strategies were aligned with high standards of care delivery.
Previously, she worked with the Department for Innovation and Skills – South Australia, where she was Director, People and Strategy, and earlier Director, People and Performance. Across nearly four years in these roles, Natalie played a key part in shaping people and performance strategies for South Australia’s public sector workforce.
Earlier in her career, Natalie held leadership positions at the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment (OCPSE), serving as Director, Governance and Performance and earlier as Principal Statutory Adviser. She also worked with the Department of State Development – South Australia in various senior roles, including Manager, Workplace Relations, Manager, Strategy and Workplace Relations, and Senior Consultant, Workforce Relations.
In addition to her corporate and government career, Natalie has served for more than 14 years as Director and Company Secretary of Lee’s Taekwondo Academy, a family-owned business established in 1973. This long-standing leadership role highlights her ability to manage governance, people, and operational strategy in diverse settings.
