Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, November 2025 — Natalie Oreskovic has begun a new chapter in her leadership journey as the Head of Human Resources at EndemolShine Australia. In this strategic mandate, she will lead the people function, support organisational transformation, strengthen talent strategy, and contribute to building high-performance, creative, and scalable workforce environments across the organisation’s growing content production landscape.
Prior to joining EndemolShine Australia, Natalie served as Head of People & Culture at Flying Bark Productions, where she led HR, Marketing, and Facilities teams across Sydney, Los Angeles, and Madrid. Her role covered more than 600 team members globally and included building scalable people systems, talent strategies, and leadership capability frameworks. She played a central role in enabling growth during a high-expansion phase while preserving a deeply values-driven and creative culture.
Before that, Natalie worked as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Oldfields, where she contributed to organisation-wide people transformation initiatives, including enterprise agreement negotiations, capital raise support, operational restructuring, and large-scale employee relations strategy.
Natalie previously held HR leadership roles including Head of Human Resources AU & US at Thomas Global Systems, and Head of Human Resources at EMPR Australia Pty Ltd, where she led people operations, capability development, transformation programs, and business alignment efforts across multiple regions.
Earlier in her career, she held roles with Swisslog, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, and BBC Studios, where she gained extensive experience across talent management, organisational development, performance culture, employee experience, and workforce capability frameworks supporting diverse industries. She began her professional journey with early roles at Frucor Suntory.
