Nashville Metropolitan Area, United States, March 2025 – NaTasha Davis has stepped into the role of Vice President, People Business Partners at Fanatics, where she will lead strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and people-first policies. In her new capacity, she will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving leadership development to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
Before this promotion, NaTasha Davis served as Director, People Business Partners at Fanatics, where she played a critical role in building people strategies, implementing HR initiatives, and supporting business growth. She successfully drove workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across various business units.
Prior to joining Fanatics, NaTasha Davis held multiple leadership positions at Lyft, where she served as Senior People Business Partner, Lead. In this role, she was a strategic partner for Rideshare leadership, overseeing people strategy for Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Analytics teams. She was instrumental in launching Lyft’s first fully remote workplace strategy, leading compensation restructuring efforts, and implementing talent development programs.
Earlier in her career, she served as People Business Partner at Lyft, where she led key HR initiatives, developed talent management frameworks, and enhanced organizational culture. She also held HR leadership roles at PS Logistics, where she was responsible for HRIS implementation, acquisition management, and compliance strategies.
With a strong background in HR leadership, change management, and organizational transformation, NaTasha Davis brings a strategic, people-centric approach to her new role at Fanatics, ensuring a high-performance workplace that fosters growth, engagement, and innovation.
