Bangkok, Thailand, October 2024 – Natdanai Alex Limanantakun has started his new position as Head of Strategic People Partner – Ascend Money at Ascend Group. In this role, Natdanai will lead the HR professional service and HR Business Partner teams for tech and product employees at Ascend Money. He will develop strategic HR initiatives that support the company’s True Money application, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement and retention through innovative HR programs.
Before taking up his current position, Natdanai was the Head of Strategic People Partner at Egg Digital for over two years. In this role, he led HR services for teams in Thailand and Malaysia, playing a pivotal role in improving employee engagement and satisfaction while reducing turnover. His strategic HR contributions helped the organization achieve significant success in employee retention and overall satisfaction.
Prior to his time at Egg Digital, Natdanai served as HRBP Manager – Tech & Product at Ascend Group. During this tenure, he managed HR operations for the tech and product divisions, ensuring effective HR strategies were in place to support business goals. His focus was on improving communication, employee development, and fostering a positive work environment.
Natdanai’s earlier experience includes serving as a Payroll Specialist at Bosch in Thailand, where he managed full-cycle payroll operations and liaised with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy in payroll management. He also initiated improvements in payroll processes and benefit administration, contributing to a more efficient HR shared service setup.
At SCG, one of Thailand’s largest conglomerates, Natdanai spent over three years as an HR Supervisor, overseeing payroll, benefits, employee data management, and HR system enhancements. He was instrumental in improving HR processes and leading a team to provide comprehensive HR services across the organization.
Natdanai’s extensive HR experience began with his role as a Service Delivery Consultant at ManpowerGroup, where he developed HR strategies aligned with business goals and managed HR operations for clients in various industries, ensuring high productivity levels and HR service excellence.
