Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — PeopleStrong, Asia’s leading Human Capital Management SaaS platform, has announced the appointment of Nayan Patel as Director – Key Account Management. In his new role, Nayan will be responsible for managing key enterprise accounts across India, with a focus on commercial and enterprise organizations employing more than 2,500 people. He will lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives, strengthen strategic client relationships, support customer renewals, and help organizations maximize value from PeopleStrong’s comprehensive HR technology platform.

Prior to joining PeopleStrong, Nayan served as Senior Customer Success Manager – APAC at Multiplier, where he managed a portfolio of more than 25 enterprise clients across India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. In this role, he drove strategic account growth, revenue expansion, customer retention, and long-term client partnerships while working closely with executive stakeholders across multiple geographies. His expertise in consultative selling, value-based engagement, and customer success contributed significantly to business outcomes across the APAC region.

Before Multiplier, Nayan spent more than three years with Darwinbox as Manager – Customer Success, leading a portfolio of large enterprise clients across BFSI, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Managing accounts with annual recurring revenues exceeding USD 10 million, he was responsible for driving account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives, while ensuring strong customer retention and successful adoption of HR technology solutions.

Earlier, he served as Manager – Customer Success at Mettl, where he managed large enterprise accounts across industries including BFSI, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, retail, IT, and manufacturing. His responsibilities included customer onboarding, retention, strategic account planning, and business expansion across India and the AMEA region.

Prior to entering the HR technology and customer success domain, Nayan held business development and sales leadership roles with Michael Page, where he managed sales and client relationships across multinational corporations, Indian enterprises, and MSMEs spanning sectors such as chemicals, logistics, FMCG, e-commerce, engineering, and industrial products. Earlier in his career, he worked with INOX India Limited and Banco Products (India) Pvt. Ltd., developing expertise in sales management, business development, market expansion, and customer acquisition across domestic and international markets.

Nayan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving customer success, fostering strategic partnerships, expanding enterprise relationships, and creating long-term value for customers and organizations alike.

With deep expertise across customer success, account growth, stakeholder management, and enterprise SaaS solutions, Nayan is expected to play an important role in helping PeopleStrong further strengthen its customer-centric approach and accelerate growth across key enterprise segments.
