Nazish Khan Appointed as Director Human Resources at Denning

Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, December 2025 – Nazish Khan has started a new role as Director Human Resources at Denning, one of Pakistan’s leading transnational education providers and a prominent global teaching centre for international universities. Nazish Khan continues to serve as Founder and CEO of NHK Consultants, a Karachi-based HR consulting, training, and coaching firm that she is leading for over a decade. Through NHK Consultants, she has worked extensively on organizational development, leadership capability building, and global wellness programs, advising leaders and professionals across sectors on culture, transformation, and people excellence. pasted

Alongside her entrepreneurial journey, she has also worked as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where she contributed to establishing DEI frameworks within Pakistan’s textile sector. This role further strengthened her exposure to policy-linked HR initiatives, inclusion strategy, and multi-stakeholder environments. pasted

Earlier, Nazish Khan built strong expertise in HR consulting and talent management through assignments with organizations such as Silicon Technologies, where she worked as a Human Resources Consultant, and Happy Home School, where she supported learning and development initiatives. These roles added depth to her experience in human capital management, organizational consulting, and workforce capability development. pasted

A significant phase of her corporate HR career was spent with Aga Khan University and Aga Khan University Hospital, where she handled roles across talent acquisition, HR operations, and recruitment leadership, particularly within healthcare and nursing divisions. She also held earlier HR and organizational development roles at Hilton Pharma Limited, Abudawood Pakistan, GfK, and The Dawood Group, building a strong foundation across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development. pasted

Denning is the largest transnational education provider in Pakistan and the second-largest teaching centre of the University of London globally. The institution offers internationally recognised qualifications across college, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
