Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, May 2025 – Neetesh Priyaranjan has been promoted to Sr. General Manager – Manufacturing & Supply Chain HR Business Partner at Greaves Cotton Limited, marking a significant career advancement within the organization. In his elevated role, Neetesh will continue to lead factory HR, labour relations, CSR, and safety functions across the manufacturing and supply chain verticals for both Greaves Cotton and Excel Controlinkage.

Prior to this promotion, Neetesh held the position of General Manager – Manufacturing & Supply Chain HR, Labour Relations, Labour Compliance and CSR at Greaves Cotton for over two years. His leadership was instrumental in aligning people practices with operational excellence and driving compliance, industrial harmony, and employee engagement across the plants.

Before joining Greaves Cotton, Neetesh worked with Atomberg Technologies as Senior HR Business Partner – Employee Relations & Labour Compliance, where he played a crucial role in establishing healthy ER practices and robust compliance frameworks for manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Earlier in his career, Neetesh served in several strategic HR leadership positions at GKN Aerospace and GKN Automotive, where he led HR, IR, and talent functions at both corporate and plant levels. His experience also includes impactful tenures at Sony, JK Tyre & Industries, and Reliance Power, where he specialized in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and HR operations.

He began his professional journey at ACC Limited, where he advanced through various roles in HR and employee welfare, gaining deep expertise in plant HR, labour management, and statutory compliance. Neetesh holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
