Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Neha Dalvi has started a new role as Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition at 5paisa, marking a significant step forward in her career within the talent and people leadership space.
In her new role, Neha Dalvi will be responsible for leading talent acquisition strategy and execution at 5paisa, supporting the company’s growth ambitions by building strong, scalable hiring frameworks aligned with its tech-first, high-performance culture. She was most recently serving as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at 5paisa, where she played a key role in strengthening hiring operations across functions.
Prior to joining 5paisa, Neha Dalvi worked as Manager – Talent Acquisition at Dream11, where she supported hiring for one of India’s leading sports technology companies during a phase of rapid expansion.
Earlier in her career, she spent over four years at Native, progressing from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant, and partnering with senior leaders across industries on executive search and strategic hiring mandates. She began her professional journey in research and consulting roles at The Research Tree and WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd., following an early stint in HR operations at Firstsource.
Neha Dalvi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), completed between 2021 and 2023.
