Neha will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, shaping leadership programs, and implementing people-centric policies aligned with Sintex’s business objectives.
Prior to joining Sintex, Neha Seshadri Singh served as Head HR at Reliance Foundation, where she focused on driving cultural transformation and aligning HR strategy with organizational growth. She spearheaded various initiatives to improve workforce engagement and built a strong foundation for long-term talent development. Her ability to foster purpose-driven workplace environments helped enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
Earlier, she held several key HR roles at Pidilite Industries Limited, including Head HRBP for Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Corporate, and Head HR for OD, Engagement, Communication, Campus Programs, and Total Rewards. During her tenure, she was recognized for implementing award-winning HR initiatives and developing innovative organizational development strategies. She also received accolades such as the BK Parekh Memorial Award for Excellence in HR and recognition among India’s Top 100 HR Professionals under 40.
Neha also brings with her significant HR experience from her time at GSK and Baker Hughes, where she led strategic talent acquisition, wellness programs, and compensation planning. At Reliance Power, she worked closely with business leadership to implement key projects across the employee lifecycle, from talent management to performance assessment. Her diverse background across sectors positions her to drive impactful change at Sintex.
