Charvi joined Tata 1mg over two years ago and has since played a critical role in shaping HR delivery across its Tech and Growth verticals, influencing the entire employee lifecycle with a focus on agility and impact.
Before joining Tata 1mg, Charvi held senior HR roles at American Express Global Business Travel, American Tower Corporation, YES BANK, and Positive Moves Consulting, where she led complex HR transformations, employee relations, performance management cycles, and large-scale talent programs. Her cross-industry expertise spanning finance, telecom infrastructure, and HR consulting gives her a unique perspective in building people-first, business-aligned strategies.
