Tynemouth, England, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Neil Bestford has been appointed as the Vice President, Brand and People Experience (Global) at Hubexo, a leading provider of data, insights, and software solutions in the global construction industry. Neil will be responsible for shaping and driving the brand and people experience strategies across the organization globally.
Neil most recently served as the Group Director of Brand and People Experience at Hubexo (formerly Byggfakta Group), where he oversaw the development of workplace culture and employee engagement strategies across 30 businesses in 29 countries. During his tenure, he successfully aligned the company’s brand with its people experience strategy, ensuring consistency and authenticity in its approach.
Before his role as Group Director, Neil was the Group Head of Employer Brand at Hubexo, where he led the transformation of the company’s employer branding efforts across its global portfolio. His work focused on talent attraction and retention strategies, internal communications, and cross-Group collaboration to create a cohesive employee experience.
Neil’s earlier experience includes serving as Strategy Director at Authentic, where he provided consulting services in culture development and performance strategy for businesses across the UK. His expertise in building effective people and culture strategies made a significant impact on clients’ organizational performance and strategic alignment.
He has also contributed his leadership to various organizations, including his role as a Director and Board Member at Generator, where he supported the overall strategic direction of the organization, offering guidance to the executive leadership team.
Earlier in his career, Neil worked with The Facilitation Partnership as a TFP Facilitator, where he helped business leaders in sectors like The Post Office and Office for Nuclear Regulation make strategic decisions and enhance team performance.
