Pune, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — Nice Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Parinita Bahadur as HR Head, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its global data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
In this role, Bahadur will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and people-centric initiatives to support the company’s continued growth.
Bahadur brings extensive experience in human resources leadership across the technology and software services industry. Prior to joining Nice Software Solutions, she served as Human Resources Manager at Mavenir, where she spent several years supporting HR operations and workforce initiatives within the organization’s India operations.
During her tenure at Mavenir, she contributed to HR strategy and people management initiatives while the company expanded its presence as a cloud-native network software provider for communications service providers (CSPs). Her work included supporting workforce management and organizational development initiatives within the company’s rapidly evolving technology environment.
Earlier, Bahadur served as Lead HR at Xoriant, where she supported human resource operations for a global product engineering and services organization working with enterprise software companies and technology startups.
Prior to that, she worked as an HR Business Partner at ip.access, supporting HR initiatives across the company’s operations in the UK and India, particularly during a period of innovation in small-cell wireless technology solutions.
Earlier in her career, Bahadur held leadership roles including HR Manager at Gauri Ltd. and HR Generalist at Inspired eLearning, gaining experience across HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
She also contributed to the HR knowledge ecosystem as a Contributing Author for HR Success Guide, a platform focused on sharing insights and best practices in human resource management.
With more than two decades of professional experience across HR leadership, organizational development, and workforce strategy, Parinita Bahadur brings a strong people-centric leadership approach to her new role at Nice Software Solutions.
