Singapore, October 2025 — Nicholas Gleeson has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Cube Highways Singapore, bringing with him more than three decades of leadership experience in finance, strategy, and infrastructure. In his new role, Nicholas will lead Cube Highways’ strategic growth and investment initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, driving the company’s continued expansion in road and infrastructure assets.
Prior to joining Cube Highways, Nicholas served as Chief Financial Officer at ADNOC Logistics & Services, a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC Group). Over his three-year tenure, he played a key role in optimizing financial operations and structuring growth strategies for ADNOC’s logistics and shipping divisions across global markets.
Before ADNOC, Nicholas founded and led Business Control Services Pte Ltd, where he provided consultancy and interim executive services to corporations across Asia. His advisory portfolio included business start-up investments, project financing, and corporate restructuring—particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also worked with Spark Plus as Director & Contract Chief Operating Officer, advising corporates on M&A, investor relations, and financial strategy, and supported MPRL E&P in financing offshore energy projects.
Nicholas previously spent over four years with the BW Group, serving as Group CFO and later as CEO of BW LPG, one of the world’s largest LPG shipping companies listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Under his leadership, BW LPG achieved strong financial performance and strategic recognition, including the Marine Money Deal of the Year 2013. His tenure at BW Group also saw him spearheading major corporate development, treasury, and information systems initiatives across global operations.
Earlier in his career, Nicholas held senior finance roles at Miclyn Express Offshore, BW Maritime, Compagnie Financière Tradition, and Philips Electronics, managing large-scale financial operations across Asia, Europe, and Australia. He began his career with KPMG and later worked with Westpac and CSR Limited, gaining extensive experience in financial auditing, risk management, and corporate governance.
Nicholas’s deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic transformation, and infrastructure investment positions him strongly to lead Cube Highways’ next phase of growth as it continues to strengthen its presence in India’s expanding transport and logistics ecosystem.
