Nichole’s extensive experience in HR leadership across various sectors makes her an invaluable addition to Quantum’s management team as it continues to support the energy and energy transition industries.
Before joining Quantum Capital Group, Nichole served as Chief People Officer at Opportune LLP, a leading global energy business advisory firm. During her tenure, she led comprehensive HR strategies, fostering talent development and employee engagement to align with the firm’s business goals.
Prior to this, Nichole held multiple leadership roles at BP, including Head of Talent for BPX Energy and Talent and Learning Leader, where she contributed to talent acquisition and development strategies during a pivotal time for the organization. She also served as People Operations Advisor, focusing on HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Nichole’s earlier career includes her role as Human Resources Manager at Opportune LLP, where she built foundational HR strategies to support organizational growth, and as an Account Executive at TWG Insurance, where she demonstrated her business development and leadership capabilities.
