Chicago, Illinois, United States, December 2025 — Nick DeBrita has started a new role as Vice President Human Resources at Methode Electronics, Inc., marking a significant leadership appointment for the global mechatronics and electronics solutions provider. In this role, Nick DeBrita will lead the company’s global HR strategy, supporting workforce transformation, talent management, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness across Methode’s international manufacturing and engineering footprint.
In his most recent role prior to joining Methode Electronics, Nick DeBrita served as Human Resources Director at Antolin, where he acted as the U.S. HR leader for more than nine manufacturing locations supporting over $1 billion in annual sales. His responsibilities spanned global HR management, labor and employee relations, talent management, and compensation and benefits within a complex automotive manufacturing environment.
Before Antolin, Nick DeBrita spent over eight years with Tenneco, holding multiple senior HR leadership roles across operations, engineering, and labor relations. As Executive Director of Human Resources – Clean Air Americas, he led HR for a $1.7 billion business unit with responsibility for more than 15 manufacturing locations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Earlier roles at Tenneco included leading global HR for engineering functions, operations HR for North America manufacturing, and director-level leadership in employee and labor relations.
Earlier in his career, Nick DeBrita held progressive HR leadership roles at Eaton, supporting global commercial powertrain, aerospace manufacturing, and North America truck operations, as well as an HR business partner role at Rolls-Royce, where he supported North America purchasing functions. He began his HR career in labor relations and generalist roles within manufacturing environments, building deep expertise in union relations, organizational restructuring, and plant-level HR leadership.
