London Area, United Kingdom, July 2024 – Nicola Banwell has joined Lockton as the new Vice President – International People Solutions. Nicola will bring her extensive experience in managing global HR solutions to support Lockton’s diverse client base.
Nicola Banwell most recently served as Associate Director at WTW, where she managed a portfolio of multinational clients, providing consultancy services on employee benefits for globally mobile employees and international assignees. Her role included designing global and regional benefit programmes, conducting market analysis, benchmarking, and compliance reviews.
Before WTW, Nicola worked at AXA – Global Healthcare for over nine years, holding various roles including Client Director. She managed a global portfolio of large corporate clients, provided strategic oversight, and led client review meetings to analyse claims data, identify trends, and support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Nicola held positions at Swinton Group and BARRY GRAINGER LIMITED, where she focused on sales and client relationship management, business development, and training new staff.
Nicola’s vast experience in HR and client management makes her a valuable addition to Lockton’s leadership team.
