Portland, Oregon, United States, August 2025 – Keli Hull has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at Renew Home, marking a new chapter in her distinguished HR leadership career. In this capacity, she will oversee people strategy, talent development, organizational culture, and employee engagement to support Renew Home’s mission of transforming home energy management.
Hull has been with Renew Home for about a year, most recently serving as Head of HR. In this role, she managed all aspects of human resources operations, driving initiatives that enhanced employee experience, strengthened talent acquisition, and aligned people practices with the company’s growth trajectory.
Before joining Renew Home, Hull spent two years at Twilio, where she held senior HR leadership positions, including Vice President, HR Business Partner – Twilio Communications and Vice President, HR Business Partner – R&D & Product. She partnered closely with executive leadership to support global teams, led HRBPs across multiple business units, and played a key role in organizational strategy for thousands of employees worldwide.

Earlier, Hull spent over seven years at Juniper Networks, progressing from Director, Global HR Business Partner to Senior Director, Global HR Business Partner. Her tenure included leading HR integration for major mergers and acquisitions, designing company-wide talent review programs, facilitating leadership offsites, and supporting multiple reorganizations. She was also recognized for her contributions to the company’s most successful acquisition to date.
Hull’s career also includes leadership roles at Maxim Integrated as Director, Human Resources, Broadcom Inc. as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR positions at Yahoo, Seagate Technology, Good Technology, Electronics for Imaging, TIBCO Finance Technology, and Pacific Bell/Pacific Telesis. Across these roles, she built expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational design, and change management.
Hull holds a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University, equipping her with a strong foundation in business strategy and leadership.
