Los Angeles, California, United States, May 2026 —Alexander Arrieta has started a new role as Chief People Officer at Warner Pacific Insurance Services, bringing extensive global human resources and people leadership experience across insurance services, electronics distribution, luxury real estate, retail, analytics, and entertainment.
Before joining Warner Pacific, Arrieta served as Chief People Officer at Infinite Electronics, Inc., where he led global people operations for a private-equity-backed electronics distribution business with operations across the United States, Europe, China, and Mexico. In this role, he partnered closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and private equity board on strategic business and talent initiatives.
Prior to Infinite Electronics, Arrieta was Chief People Officer and SVP People at Discovery Land Company, where he led people strategy for a global luxury residential communities, clubs, and resorts business.
Earlier, he served as Chief People Officer and SVP Human Resources at United Pacific, supporting one of the largest retail fuel and convenience store operators in the United States. His role focused on building a people strategy that supported business growth, culture, and operational excellence.
Arrieta also held senior HR leadership roles at S&P Global, where he led global human resources for the J.D. Power business, and at The Walt Disney Company, where he led HR strategy for Disney Consumer Products’ global operations across the United States, China, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
With deep experience in talent strategy, organizational planning, culture, total rewards, learning and development, global HR operations, and private equity-backed transformation, Arrieta is well-positioned to strengthen Warner Pacific’s people strategy and support its continued national growth.
