Berlin, Germany, May 2026 — Paul C. Strobel has taken on a new role as Global Head of Strategic Communications & Spokesperson at Quantum Systems, strengthening the leadership bench of one of Europe’s leading deep-tech and unmanned systems companies as it accelerates its global growth and strategic communications agenda.
Strobel has been associated with Quantum Systems for over two years, previously serving as Public Affairs Lead & Spokesperson for Political Communications, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s political communications, public affairs narratives, stakeholder engagement, and strategic positioning across Europe’s evolving defense, security, and sovereignty ecosystem. His elevation reflects the company’s growing emphasis on integrated global communications, brand reputation, and strategic narrative leadership.
Before joining Quantum Systems, Strobel served as Director Digital Communications for the Invictus Games Düsseldorf 2023, where he led digital communications for the first-ever Invictus Games hosted in Germany. In this capacity, he oversaw large-scale international communications campaigns, public engagement, and digital storytelling while serving as a Major in the German Federal Armed Forces.
Earlier, Strobel spent nearly five years with Initiative Neue Soziale Marktwirtschaft (INSM), Germany’s largest political action group, where he progressed from Campaigner to Campaign Manager and ultimately Head of Social Media, leading strategic public policy campaigns, digital advocacy, and large-scale communications initiatives.
His earlier experience also includes strategic communications and public affairs roles with CEO Positions AG, Serviceplan Group, the Free Democratic Party (FDP), the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in London, and the Bundeswehr, providing him with a broad foundation across political strategy, international relations, defense, executive communications, and public affairs.
With over a decade of communications, political affairs, defense, and strategic public relations leadership, Strobel brings strong capabilities in global communications strategy, brand positioning, sovereignty narratives, and stakeholder engagement to Quantum Systems.
