New York, United States, November 2025 – Ogury, the global leader in persona-based advertising, has announced the appointment of Nicolas Bidon as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2025. With this leadership transition, Ogury embarks on a new chapter of innovation and growth, building on its unique approach to privacy-safe, AI-powered, omnichannel advertising solutions.
A highly respected adtech executive, Nicolas Bidon brings over 20 years of global experience in leading digital transformation and scaling high-impact advertising platforms. He most recently served as Global CEO of GroupM Nexus, a WPP network comprising over 11,000 digital professionals. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Xaxis, plista, and Yahoo, and helped scale enterprise software companies such as Microstrategy and Watchfire, the latter acquired by IBM.
At WPP, Bidon played a pivotal role in transforming Xaxis into an outcome-driven media company, deploying proprietary AI technologies across 47 global markets. His career has been marked by a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering data-driven results—attributes that align perfectly with Ogury’s growth ambitions.
Jean Canzoneri, Co-founder and Chairman of Ogury, said:
“Ogury’s differentiation stems from multiple strengths, from our proprietary, persona-based data model to our fully integrated, cross-channel platform. Nicolas’s extensive global experience and proven ability to expand fast-growing adtech companies make him the ideal leader to further elevate Ogury’s impact across the industry.”
In his remarks, Nicolas Bidon shared:
“With major disruptions everywhere you look, the advertising ecosystem stands at a crossroads and is poised for reinvention. Ogury’s unique blend of data, powerful technology, and innovative culture position it perfectly to turn this complexity into a competitive advantage for its clients. I’m honored to lead such a talented global team and to partner with Jean Canzoneri and the Board to accelerate Ogury’s next phase of growth.”
Based in London, Bidon holds degrees from Georgia Tech (United States) and ICN Business School (France). He succeeds Geoffroy Martin, who has served as CEO since January 2023.
Earlier this year, Ogury launched Ogury One, a unified advertising platform integrating audience insight, media planning, and omnichannel activation. This milestone strengthens Ogury’s position as a go-to solution for precision-driven digital advertising across in-app, web, mobile, and CTV.
