Lexington, Massachusetts, United States – October 2024 – Nicole Marks has been appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Eliot Community Human Services, bringing her extensive experience in recruitment and human services to lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategies.
Before stepping into her new role, Nicole Marks served as the Senior Recruiter at Eliot Community Human Services for approximately one year. In this role, she successfully led recruitment efforts across various functions and contributed to the growth of the organization’s workforce by implementing innovative hiring strategies and fostering a collaborative recruiting environment.

Prior to this, Marks was an HR Recruiter at Eliot Community Human Services for nearly two years, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes. Her role focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent to ensure Eliot’s diverse programs were supported with skilled professionals.
Earlier in her career, Marks held leadership roles within Eliot’s clinical services, including serving as an ACCS Team Leader for three years, where she oversaw program operations and supported mental health initiatives. Additionally, she was the ACCS Assistant Team Leader for eight months, managing care coordination and team leadership.
Before joining Eliot, Marks worked at Riverside Community Care as a CBFS Rehabilitation Advocate, helping individuals with mental health needs achieve their personal and recovery goals. She also has clinical experience from her internships at Burlington Youth and Family Services and Abour Counseling Services, where she provided counseling services to individuals and families, facilitating group therapy sessions and working in addiction recovery.
