New York, United States, September 2024 – Nicole Panichella has started her new position as Head of Talent and Executive Development at BlackRock, where she will oversee strategies to nurture and develop top talent across the organization. Nicole brings a wealth of experience in leadership, talent development, and executive coaching to this role, which aligns with BlackRock’s mission to foster a dynamic and high-performing workforce.
Before joining BlackRock, Nicole Panichella spent nearly 15 years at Goldman Sachs. Most recently, she was the Global Head of Learning & Development for over three years, where she managed the firmwide learning strategy, designed leadership programs, and oversaw a team of 30 professionals. Her efforts contributed to positioning learning as a strategic priority within the firm, enhancing leadership and diversity initiatives.
Prior to her global role, Nicole served as Vice President of Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs for 11 years, where she was responsible for learning and integration initiatives. Her experience in building relationships and developing curriculums was instrumental in aligning people development strategies with organizational goals.
Nicole also worked as a Senior Consultant at MetLife for nearly a year, where she was involved in practice development and training needs analysis. Her consulting experience allowed her to refine her skills in talent strategy and organizational development.
Earlier in her career, Nicole spent five years as an Associate at Goldman Sachs, further solidifying her expertise in people development and management within large-scale organizations.
