Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – TMI Network has announced the appointment of Niharika Chandrasekhar as its new Chief Executive Officer. In her new capacity, Chandrasekhar will lead strategic initiatives focusing on talent acquisition and next-generation staffing solutions across diverse industries, leveraging her extensive background in sales, marketing, and human resources solutions.
Niharika Chandrasekhar most recently served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at TMI Group, where she was responsible for driving people performance consulting, large-scale hiring, and workforce productivity solutions. She played a significant role in expanding talent acquisition strategies and introducing next-gen staffing solutions across various sectors.
Prior to that, she served as Country Head – Sales at Securitas India, where she led background verification services and deepened client relationships. She also managed the healthcare staffing segment at Walsons Healthcare, focusing on sales expansion and new client acquisitions.
Earlier, Chandrasekhar was the Vice President – Sales at Helloverify, where she contributed to the company’s business growth in the risk assessment and background verification space. She also held leadership roles at Axis Bank, where she was the Regional Sales Head – Prepaid & Corporate Cards, South, and led strategic sales and partnership management for payroll, rewards, and travel cards.
She began her career at ICICI Bank, serving as Assistant Manager – Projects, Business & Services – Cards and Acquiring, where she was involved in process automation and customer service enhancements within the payments and card services division.
