Los Angeles, California, United States, May 2025 — Nik Rajpal has joined Velvet by Graham & Spencer as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing with him nearly two decades of leadership experience in e-commerce strategy, customer acquisition, and digital marketing. In his new role, he will spearhead the brand’s global marketing initiatives, drive customer engagement, and accelerate the digital transformation journey of the fashion label known for its effortless, elevated style.
Prior to joining Velvet, Nik served as VP Strategy and Ecommerce Practice Leader at Agital (formerly Exclusive Concepts), where he played a key role in reshaping the company’s ecommerce offerings and scaling digital strategy services for clients across North America. As a Shareholder at Agital, he also contributed to its strategic direction and long-term vision.
Nik spent over 15 years at Exclusive Concepts, holding senior leadership positions including VP of Marketing Sciences and Director of Client Services. During his tenure, he oversaw product innovation, service line growth, and data-driven strategy across marketing disciplines. His leadership was central to advancing client results and building cross-functional marketing teams.
Earlier in his career, Nik held roles such as Senior Account Manager at DirectoryM and Indus Business Journal, and SEO Manager at CIDC. He also led Represent One Records, a socially conscious South Asian hip-hop label, reflecting his creative versatility and entrepreneurial spirit.
