Prior to that, Niki spent over seven years at Darlington Building Society, rising from HR Manager to Director of People & Culture. During her tenure, she was instrumental in building an inclusive workplace, improving talent acquisition, and fostering employee development, ensuring the organization’s alignment with its long-term goals.
Niki’s HR leadership journey began at Firstsource Solutions Limited and Gainshare, where she managed various HR functions including talent management, employee relations, and performance improvement for over seven years.
