North Carolina, United States, September 2025 — Nikki Williams has been promoted to Vice President Human Resources at CCH Healthcare, where she will lead the organization’s HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in human resources across long-term care and healthcare facilities, she brings a deep understanding of workforce challenges in the sector and a strong record of building high-performance cultures.
Williams has been with CCH Healthcare since 2023, first serving as Corporate HR Director, where she played a critical role in aligning HR policies and practices with organizational goals. Her contributions in strengthening HR processes and supporting leadership teams set the stage for her elevation to Vice President.
Before joining CCH Healthcare, she worked with HealthView Home Health & Hospice/Carrolton Facility Management as Human Resources Director, where she managed HR operations and compliance in a multi-site healthcare environment.
Earlier in her career, Williams built extensive expertise during more than nine years at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC, where she rose to District Director of Human Resources. In this capacity, she supported 29 facilities across North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina, managing employee relations, retention, compliance, performance management, and HR innovation initiatives that reduced turnover and improved organizational culture.
She began her HR career at Brian Center Southpoint as Human Resources Coordinator, later moving into leadership roles including Area HR Manager. Through these early experiences, she gained strong operational knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and employee relations, which laid the foundation for her long-term career in healthcare HR.
