Nimesh Mathur Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Curefit - House of Cult

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Nimesh Mathur has been named the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Curefit – House of Cult (cult.fit). In this role, Nimesh will lead the company’s human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, capability development, performance management, and fostering a progressive organisational culture. With nearly two decades of cross-functional experience across industries, he is poised to bring impactful leadership to Curefit’s mission of advancing health and wellness services.

Before joining Curefit, Nimesh was the Founder of People Success and OD Consulting, where he guided organisations in optimising human resources strategies and organisational design for two years. Alongside his consulting ventures, Nimesh has been a Seed Investor in startups such as Klaar, Supersourcing, and NomadGao, showcasing his entrepreneurial acumen and belief in innovation.

Prior to his consulting and investment roles, Nimesh served as Head of People and Culture at Haptik, where he led HR initiatives, aligning organisational culture with strategic growth over two years. Earlier, he contributed to customer success leadership as Head of Customer Success (Asia and ANZ) at Branch, following his tenure as Director of Customer Success (India) at Pluralsight, where he delivered transformative customer engagement strategies.

Nimesh’s earlier roles include serving as Head of Customer Success (Asia and ANZ) at HackerRank, where he drove customer retention and success strategies for four years, and Head of Recruitment Business Practice at eLitmus, where he led recruitment strategies for close to six years. He began his career at Cognizant as a Software Engineer, providing a solid technical foundation to his diverse professional journey.
