Before this promotion, Nitin Singh served as Senior Manager – People & Culture at Xceedance. His progression within the company highlights a strong internal leadership journey and demonstrates his impact in supporting the organization’s evolving people and culture agenda. His elevation to Associate Vice President – People & Culture comes as a recognition of his continued contribution to the business and its workforce.
Prior to joining Xceedance, Nitin Singh worked with Virtual Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. as Manager HR in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Earlier, he was associated with Stefanini North America and APAC as Senior Human Resources Business Partner – People & Culture, where he further strengthened his expertise in HR business partnership and people strategy.
A major part of his professional journey was built at TechTree IT Systems Pvt. Ltd., where he spent nearly a decade in steadily advancing HR roles. During his tenure, he served as Sr. Manager HR, Manager – HR, Assistant Manager – HR, and Sr. Executive – HR. These roles gave him broad experience across human resources management, team leadership, people operations, and organizational support, helping shape the strong HR foundation that he brings to his leadership role today.
Earlier in his career, Nitin Singh worked with Webbasil Technologies Pvt Ltd in Human Resource, where he further developed his experience in the HR function. With a career spanning organizations such as Xceedance, Virtual Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., Stefanini North America and APAC, TechTree IT Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Webbasil Technologies Pvt Ltd, he has built a solid track record across human resources, people & culture, and talent leadership.
