Saudi Arabia, March 2025 – Noha Ismail has been appointed as the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) at Blended, where she will lead the company’s AI-driven educational transformation initiatives. With an extensive background in educational technology, learning management systems, and digital transformation, she will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-native schooling through Blended OS.
Prior to joining Blended, Noha served as an Educational Technology Consultant at Stealth, where she focused on AI and e-learning software solutions to drive education technology transformation globally. Before this, she spent nearly eight years at Classera, holding multiple leadership roles, including Director of Pre-Sales (MEA), where she led B2G engagements with educational ministries across the Middle East, securing key deals with the Ministry of Education in Oman and the Ministry of Higher Education in Egypt.
Earlier at Classera, she was Country Head of Sales (Egypt), where she played a crucial role in expanding Classera’s footprint across Egyptian schools, achieving a customer retention rate of 85% and generating a revenue pipeline of 5 million EGP, earning her the “Hero of the Year 2020” award. Additionally, she held roles as Head of Activation and Customer Enablement and Customer Adoption and Activation Lead (KSA), focusing on LMS adoption, stakeholder management, and customer engagement strategies.
Before Classera, Noha served as Head of the E-Learning Department at ElSalam Private School, where she spearheaded the school’s first Learning Management System (LMS) implementation using Moodle, developing training programs and optimizing teacher performance through data-driven KPIs.
