Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — NuSummit has announced the appointment of Sharvari Lingayat as Vice President – Global HR Head. With over 25 years of experience partnering with businesses to build high-performing, future-ready organizations, Sharvari brings deep expertise in strategic human resources, organization development, change and transformation, succession planning, and HR digital transformation. In her new role, she will lead NuSummit’s global people strategy, supporting the company’s continued growth and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining NuSummit, Sharvari served as Head – Human Resources (AI Native, AI Services & Business Services) at LTIMindtree, where she led the HR function for AI Native and AI Services, Business Services, Interactive, Salesforce, Low Code & Integration, Automation, Platform Operations, and Consulting. Her role focused on aligning people strategies with rapidly evolving technology businesses and enabling organizational growth across high-impact digital service lines.
Earlier, Sharvari held the position of Vice President & Global Business HR Head at Sonata Software, following leadership roles as Head – HR (Data, Cloud, Digital & Salesforce) at LTI – Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Global Head Human Resources at Arrk Group, and Vice President – Global HR Head at Miles Software Solutions Private Limited. Across these organizations, she led strategic HR initiatives spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, rewards and recognition, and business transformation.
Her earlier career includes key HR leadership roles as Business HR Head – Digital One, CIO and Global Bench at Syntel, Deputy Manager – Human Resources – Business Partner at Mastek Ltd, and Assistant Manager – Human Resources – Business Partner at Patni Computer Systems Ltd., where she spent over a decade building expertise in HR business partnering and talent management. She began her professional journey in Sales Administration at Merind Pharmaceuticals, laying the foundation for a distinguished career in human resources.
