Having joined Autopact as Head of People & Culture, Winnington has significantly contributed to the company’s people strategy. Her leadership has been pivotal in steering the People & Culture team towards executing strategic design, delivery, and implementation of human resource initiatives that align with Autopact’s mission and values.
Prior to her tenure at Autopact, Odette Winnington amassed over 18 years of experience in various HR leadership roles across several esteemed organizations. Her previous positions include National Human Resources Manager at National Pump & Energy.
